A notary's seal is recognised internationally. Everything below is prepared so that a foreign bank, court or registry will accept it the first time.

Appointments
Four steps, in this order.
Most appointments take fifteen minutes. The order matters — signing a document before you arrive usually means starting again.
Send the document
Email a scan, along with the country it is going to, so the wording can be checked in advance.
Book a time
Weekdays at the Gold Coast Corporate Centre. Early mornings available on request.
Attend with photo ID
Bring a current passport or driver licence, and leave the document unsigned until you are here.
Collect the original
Sealed, signed and entered in the register. Apostille or consular legalisation arranged if required.
