Accepted abroad.
Barry Cronin OAM has practised law for five decades, the last twenty years of them as a notary public. If a document has to be accepted overseas, whether a power of attorney, a property transfer, a company record or an identity paper, he prepares it so a foreign bank, court or registry takes it the first time.
Notarial acts
The work of a notary is narrow, and it is exacting.
A notary's seal carries weight around the world, and overseas authorities are unforgiving about detail. Barry has spent twenty years making sure documents leave his desk right.
Certifying true copies of passports, degrees, transcripts and identity documents
Witnessing signatures on powers of attorney, deeds, affidavits and statutory declarations
Coordinating apostille certificates through DFAT and consulates
Notarial certificates for company, shipping and commercial documents
Verifying identity and capacity for foreign banks, courts and registries
